Ultimate HGH is a blend of a proprietary compound (ingredients listed below) and a few other ingredients. Ultimate HGH is delivered in a capsule with a recommended dosage of 2 capsules per day.
This product did produce relatively mild boosts in mental alertness and energy, and also helped testers sleep more soundly. The supplement created a general sense of well-being but not, overall, feelings of youthfulness. Physical changes, to skin or muscle mass, were not observed.
