Like Sytropin, the Liddell Laboratories Vital HGH formula seemed to have absolutely no effect on most of our testers but about 20% reported mild increases in energy, mental acuteness, and well-being. We aren't certain whether this is due to the Liddell Vital HGH formulation working for some people but not for others, or problems with quality control at the manufacturing level, or perhaps a placebo effect. At any rate, Liddell Vital HGH received a do not buy recommendation.

Sytropin HGH is a sublingual (under-the-tongue) spray consisting of amino acids and GABA in a water-base. The recommended dosage is 2 sprays in the morning and 4 at night.
According to the Sytropin website, most users experience increased energy levels and sounder sleep within 2 weeks. At the three-month point users begin to experience physical changes including loss of body fat and increased muscle mass. Our results did not support these claims at all.

Sytropin Review
Our testers reported no effects whatsoever from Sytropin supplementation. This is the first time in all our studies we discovered a supplement that seemed to do nothing.
There are two possible explanations. The particular lot of Sytropin we received could have been faulty in some way. Alternately, it is possible that our testers were experiencing some effects from Sytropin that were so subtle or gradual to have gone unnoticed.
But that doesn't change the fact that Sytropin seemed to produce no results at all. Therefore, Sytropin received a do not buy recommendation.
