Semenax volume pills are among the most frequent encountered online, primarily due to the incredibly aggressive affiliate marketing network, Leading Edge Cash. Semenax is featured on dozens of websites. Its manufacturers promise up to a 400% increase in ejaculatory volume for men who faithfully use their product. They also claim increased fertility although there are no studies to support the claim of correcting low sperm count.
Our group of volunteers who tried Semenax certainly didn't experience a 400% increase in ejaculatory volume (we suspect this is not physically possible). Indeed, a little less than half experienced any effects at all. This may be due to a lack of quality control among the products. It's also possible that there is a common dietary compound, like caffeine, that interferes with the active ingredients in Semenax. In any event, effectiveness of this supplement was spotty.

The hit-or-miss performance of the Semenax formula seems to imply a shortcoming in the manufacturing process. Perhaps a particularly weak batch of some active ingredients? Or excessive use of fillers in the capsules? If a common dietary substance is interacting with Semenax, then the supplement's instructions should specify which substances should be avoided.
Volunteers who experienced any effects estimated a doubling of ejaculatory volume, along with a noticeable increase in orgasm duration and intensity. This product would possibly be the second-rated product except for its spotty effectiveness.
Some testers reported that their ejaculate developed an unusual odor after approximately three weeks of supplementing with Semenax. We do not know whether or not the odor was related to the volume pills -- considering the relatively few numbers of persons who reported this development, it is likely merely a coincidence.
Due to the erratic performance our testers experienced with Semenax, we rated this product a do not buy.
The active ingredients in Semenax include the following: L-arginine, L-lysine, epimedium sagittatum (aka horny goat weed), zinc oxide, catauba bark, pumpkin seed and maca.
