Volume pills - what are those? We had honestly never even heard of volume pills such as Quantum Pills, Semenax and Maximum Pills before beginning our review of male enhancement herbal products. We kept encountering mentions of products that would increase semen volume. Generally known as volume pills, these products seemed quite mysterious to us.
Why, we wondered, would anyone want to increase their semen volume? After extended research, we discovered that increased semen volume is not the primary benefit.
Volume pills increase both the intensity and duration of the male orgasm. There is also the added benefit, much desired by some, of ejaculating a much larger quantity of semen during sex. Keep in mind that this is more or less a side effect, though an extremely enjoyable one.
Some types of volume pills claim an increase in fertility, in actual sperm count, when used faithfully. We did not test this particular aspect of volume pills effects and do not recommend taking volume pills as a replacement for fertility therapy. Volume pills should be thought of as a recreational supplement that increases the male partner's pleasure and enjoyment during sex. Yes, our studies show volume pills really do help men have better sex.
Our staff of experts have rated a number of products in this category and have listed their recommendations.

Quantum Pills volume pills had by far the most dramatic effects on our test subjects. Quite frankly, we didn't expect to see a significant change in the volume of a man's ejaculate or in much else. After a month of supplementing with Quantum Pills, our subjects stories really impressed us.
Generally, the men reported a truly startling increase in the volume of ejaculate. A couple of our subjects attempted to measure this increased volume but most of them didn't bother -- as they explained, at the time of ejaculation, they had other things in mind.
Our subjects reported the expected benefits associated with increased semen volume, including longer orgasms, more intense orgasms, harder erections, increased libido and increased endurance during sex. Nearly all of our subjects who tried Quantum Pills expressed the intention to keep taking the capsules after the test was over. "This is incredible," one subject emailed us. "I didn't know sex could be this good. If you'd told me this was going to happen I wouldn't believe you."
Due to these impressive results, we rated Quantum Pills a must buy.
Volume Pills are the least creatively-named of all the types of volume pills we tested. Again, we didn't expect a great deal from this supplement.
Our subjects experienced a noticeable increase, approximately 50%, in the volume of ejaculate. In addition, they noticed a significant increase in libido and sex drive. "I'm having more sex and more fun," one man wrote in his end-of-month review.
There were some small side effects, mostly having to do with indigestion after taking Volume Pills. This might be due to taking the capsules on an empty stomach or with an insufficient amount of water. Several men also experienced uncomfortable heartburn which may or may not have been related to Volume Pills.
Considering the overall positive results, and taking into account the limited side effects, we rated Volume Pills a tentative buy.
Ogoplex may well be the brand of volume pills that first brought the entire phenomenon to the United States - several different companies trumpet their own brand of volume pills as the "original." Whether or not a particular brand is the "original" is irrelevant to us. We are far more interested in results.
Those of our volunteers who tried Ogoplex reported a small increase in libido and sexual endurance. Orgasms among this group of men were more intense but, disappointingly, did not seem to last any longer. Nonetheless, overall men were satisfied with their results.
Did Ogoplex actually increase the volume of semen among our testers? We think so, but again, we were not in a position to be able to measure the volume of ejaculate. Our testers believed, on average, that their volume of ejaculate increased, on average, 30%-50%.
Approximately 20% of our testers reported no changes whatsoever. This is not uncommon when analyzing herbal supplements - still, generally the unaffected percentage is smaller.
Due to the relatively low level of results and the significant number of men who noticed no changes, we rated Ogoplex do not buy.
Semenax is one of the more popular brands of volume pills, mainly due to the wide presence of the online affiliate program. Also, Semenax is the only brand of volume pills that has hired celebrity spokespersons -- in this case, two male porn stars -- to tout their product.
Our testers had extremely mixed reactions to Semenax. Nearly half reported no change at all in libido, ejaculatory volume or sex drive. The other half reported respectable results similar to Volume Pills, the second-rated product.
These results may be due to poor quality control at the facility that manufactures this supplement, perhaps due to a weaker batch of active ingredients. We did not record the lot numbers of the supplements our volunteers tested. It may also be the case that the active ingredients in Semenax are counterindicated by a common compound, like caffeine. But all this is speculation.
Due to the extremely haphazard results experienced by our testers, Semenax was rated do not buy.
