Endowmax was the most effective penis enlargement pill of the group. Endowmax effectively increase penis length, girth and firmness. The testers that used Endowmax experienced and average of 28% increase in size translating into on average 2 inches in size. They also experienced a marked improvement in sexual performance. We gave Endowmax a must buy recommendation.

Xytomax increased the length and girth for most of our testers. Our testers reported harder, longer-lasting erections, giving them a boost in sexual performance. Users of Xytomax noted a marked increase in libido. We rated Xytomax a must buy.

Xanogen turned out to be a great sexual enhancer, producing excellent erections for almost all of our testers and their sexual appetite increased as a result. Xanogen's average 1 inch increase in size was not satisfactory to our testers, so we gave it a tentative buy.

Natural Gain Plus was one of the more expensive products of the group but it did have some interesting properties. Our testers experienced about a 1/2 inch growth which was respectable but not the kind of significant growth most of our testers desired.

Vimax came in last because some of our testers did not achieve any sexual enhancement results or penis size increases. However, about 50% of the test group did achieve about a 1/2 inch growth in size. So apparently this formula was effective but it was hit or miss depending on the user.

Orexis is a relative newcomer to the field of natural male enhancement. Orexis pills have been aggressively marketed online and we have been receiving many inquiries about this product. Orexis has not yet been a part of a full trial but we have had the opportunity to test some of the claims made by the Orexis manufacturers.

Like Enzyte, the makers of Orexis do not claim to have created a penis enlargement pill. Instead, they state that Orexis will do the following:

- improve male sexual health
- increase sexual pleasure
- increase sex drive
- make you feel young again

These claims only increased our interest in Orexis. If a single male enhancement supplement can increase one's sexual prowess as well as making one feel youthful and vigorous, then Orexis might indeed be worth our top recommendation.

Orexis contains many of the same ingredients as the top-rated product, including:

epimedium
muira puama
catuaba bark
damiana
yohimbe

Unfortunately, Orexis does not contain cnidium monnier, a potent testosterone enhancer, or Xanthoparmelia scarbrosa, another proven male enhancer, which probably explains why the performance fell short of our top rated product.

Generally, evaluations of Orexis were positive. Some of our testers complained that Orexis gave them the "jitters" or caused sleeplessness. Most men reported increased sexual performance, including strength and duration of erection.

Oddly, almost no one reported an increase in sexual appetite. This leads us to believe that, while the active ingredients in Orexis are increasing blood flow and circulation, they are not affecting male hormones. We believe that Orexis is not therefore a full-spectrum male performance enhancer.

Overall, we do not feel comfortable recommending Orexis unconditionally. There are better products available that do not contain the potentially dangerous yohimbe. There are other male enhancement products that stimulate sexual desire as well as performance. Therefore, Orexis barely earned a tentative buy recommendation.
