Irexis is not a well-known natural male enhancement product. In fact, many people confuse Irexis with the more well-known Orexis. Despite its lack of brand awareness, Irexis penis enlargement pills are sold online under the auspices of the Lab88 supplement company. (It is worth noting that Lab88 has an affiliate program, so consumers should be wary of websites promoting Irexis.)
According to the claims on the Irexis website, Irexis male enhancement pills will:
- "Increase penis size and shape" (presumably, length and girth)
- Increase semen volume
- Cure impotence
- Boost libido and sex drive
- Generally increase sexual performance
These claims only increased our interest in Irexis. If a single male enhancement pill can boost libido, increase penis size and even act as a semen enhancer, then not only would Irexis be a great product, it would also be an excellent value.

Our testers experienced mixed results with Irexis. Several men complained of heartburn and digestive discomfort (this is possibly related to taking Irexis pills on an empty stomach). Other testers refused to try Irexis based on the inclusion of "orchic substance" in the ingredients -- see below for an explanation.
Our testers reported a mild increase in sexual performance along with an average of 1/3" increase in penis size. Irexis unfortunately did not boost libido or semen volume.
Considering the relatively small results provided by Irexis, this product received a tentative buy recommendation. There are several products that are significantly more effective than Irexis that are widely available online.
Irexis contains some puzzling ingredients. The list includes the following:
Yohimbe extract, maca, catauba, muira puama, L-arginine, tribulus terrestris, oatstraw, orchic substance, oyster meat.
As Irexis contains yohimbe, Irexis should be avoided by those who've been diagnosed hypertensive or with a cardiac condition.
Maca, catauba and tribulus terrestris are all proven ingredients.
"Orchic substance" is an Irexis ingredient derived from freeze-dried cow testicles. The final product is rich in vitamins, amino acids and enzymes. Unfortunately, the source is rather distasteful -- enough that many of our testers were put off and refused to try Irexis.
Oyster meat is thought to boost male libido and performance. Unfortunately, the inclusion of oyster meat in the Irexis formula rules out all customers who are sensitive to shellfish.
Men who don't want to use a product derived from cow testicles or who are allergic to shellfish should consider the top-rated product instead.
